Each grape variety is harvested fully ripe, then is vinified traditionally with particular cares to the macerations for a beter red fruit aromas extraction (black-currant, bilberry).
This wine will age nicely several years and deserves to be open at least 1 hour before serving. Even better, enjoy it decanted into a carafe at room temperature (15 to 16°C).
