Using the same grape varieties than the red, teh rosé is obtained by a very light maceration, and direct crushing.

This wine surprises because of its red-currant and raspberry flavours as well as its roundness and balance.

Enjoy it chilled (7 to 8°C) with charcuteries, fiches or white grilled meats.
