The traditional blending of the three vintages is the secret for the peculiar taste of Monluc Brut. It shows a loght and vaporous fizzy temper, with a slight lemony touch, thin and persistant bubbles.

To go with all aperitif parties, alone or in cocktails, especially fit to Pousse Rapière.
